 Ordering & Customization

  • Can I engrave my own logo or custom design? Yes, you can upload vector files (like AI, EPS, or high-resolution. PDF or PNG) at checkout.
  • What if I don`t have a vector file? We can convert standard image files into engravable formats for a small design fee.
  • Can I see a proof before you engrave? We send you a digital proof via email within 24 to 48 hours for your approval before production begins. 
  • Can I add text to both sides of an item? Yes, double-sided engraving is available on selected items for an additional fee.



 Materials & Limitations

  • What materials can you engrave? We work with wood, stainless steel, glass, natural slate and acrylic.
  • Can I send in my own personal items to be engraved? Currently no. However I am working on this.
  • Is the engraving permanent? Yes, our laser and rotary depth-engraving methods create a permanent mark that will not rub off or fade over time.


 Shipping & Turnaround

  • How long does production take? Standard orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after digital proof approval. 
  • Do you offer rush processing? Yes, 24-hour rush processing is available at checkout for an extra charge.
  • How is my order shipped? Orders ship via reliable courier services with tracking information provided upon dispatch. This will need to be signed at the final destination.


 Returns & Policies

  • Can I return or exchange personalized items? Because engraved items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • What happens if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
